Q: What methods of payment does Innosense Designs accept?
You can pay securely online through Pay Pal using any major credit or debit card. Or you can contact us to arrange payment by cheque, postal order, banker’s draft or cash.
Q: How can I track my order?
We will happily email you your tracking number upon request. This is also done when payment is confirmed. Bear in mind that we can’t provide tracking for all international destinations.
Q: How will my order be delivered?
Worldwide Delivery £1.99 GBP per T-shirt.
Your order is delivered in the UK by Royal Mail First Class post, and worldwide by Airmail. Orders are usually dispatched within 5 working days of receiving cleared payment. You will usually receive your order within 7 days of payment clearing in the UK, and 14 days worldwide. You can receive a replacement if your order is lost or damaged in the post.
Q: How do I return/exchange an item?
We accept returns and exchanges on retail purchases via the post, as long as they are in saleable condition, in their original undamaged packaging and are accompanied by a returns note. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be sent in secure outer packaging. Please make sure you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage.
Exchanges are subject to availability and additional postage costs. Unless the goods you are returning are faulty or incorrect, we do not refund the initial delivery charge to you and goods are returned to us at your own expense.
Sale items can be exchanged, but not refunded.
If we have processed your order incorrectly or the goods are faulty they can be returned or exchanged by post, as detailed above. Postage costs will be refunded.
All goods returned as faulty, will be inspected for a manufacturing defect. If deemed faulty a full refund or exchange will be given and postage costs will be refunded.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Please check size charts carefully before you purchase.
